Howdy Ya'll! I'm Jesse. I started my transition over 15 years ago. Since then: top surgery, a hysterectomy, all three stages of phalloplasty, implants, marriage, divorce, twins, and frozen embryos, in which I just had another son from with my amazing partner.

I came out in corporate America — got told to use the women's restroom even after I was passing as male. Dealt with the gym issues mid-transition. Technically came out of the closet three times. And I got nearly all my surgeries and my frozen embryos covered through insurance loopholes.
